Volunteer Staff

The Interstitial Cystitis Anonymous Fellowship (I.C.A.F.)
is a volunteer organization that promotes the benefits of a
nutrient dense diet. The Association provides educational
materials, educational events, and services to thousands of
people around the world.

and I have two young adult children. My passions are healthy living, nature, fiber art and yoga.
