The Interstitial Cystitis Anonymous Fellowship (I.C.A.F.) is a volunteer organization that
promotes the benefits of a nutrient dense diet. The Association provides
educational materials, educational events, and services to thousands of people around the world.

Founder, Administrator Diagnosed with Pelvic Pain syndrome August 29,1981 and with Secondary Sjogrens Lupus in 1997. I am a native of Massachusetts. Tom is my life partner and I have two young adult children. My passions are healthy living, nature, fiber art and yoga.
