Mission Statement
The mission of the Interstitial Cystitis Anonymous Fellowship is to educate and
empower individuals to take charge of their health care and understand that health results from healthful
living. We recognize the integration of all aspects of health—personal,
environmental, and social.
We communicate the benefits of a nutrient dense diet, exercise and
rest, a healthy environment, and psychological well-being.
We take a leadership role in advocating patients rights and healthy living!
