13 Steps
1. Recognize the importance of taking care of you, putting
your personal health care before people, places and things;
2. Reach out and ask for help; talk about it;
3. Become more open minded to "change";
4. Practice deep diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation
daily;
5. Make amends with those you have hurt; forgive those who
have hurt you;
6. Learn to live in the moment; be present in all that you do;
7. Move, practice some type of exercise each and every day;
8. Practice positive affirmations;
9. Listen to what your body is trying to tell you; and act on it;
10. Let go of the things that do not serve you well
11. Eat fresh fruits and veggies daily; a clean diet, preferably
organic; filtered water; Eat more raw food and less cooked
food daily; Eat high antioxidant foods such as berries and leafy
greens;
12.Adopt and cultivate a spiritual life;
13. Most of all love all of you, even the IC part;
